Total 13 members attended the meeting: Jane, Joy, Naoki, Louise, Joe, Shyami, Nina, Lisa, Jennifer, Wei, Mike, Stephanie, Sam. The agenda for the meeting is as follows.

Sergeant At Arms	Joe -- called meeting to order at 7:30pm.

President	Joy -- welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Toastmaster	Mike -- introduced functionaries for the meeting: Nina: Master Evaluator Kerry: Grammarian/Ah Counter Wei: Timer
Table Topics
Noaki, as the Table Topic Master, ask members to speak on housing. Stephanie and Sam shared the Best Table Topic Speaker award.
Business meeting	Discussed picnic plan again, Will hold officier election during next meeting.
