Total 11 members attended the meeting: Joe, Joy, Louise, Jane, Kerry, Naoki, Jennifer, Ken, Stephanie, Wei, Mike. Total 2 guests, Mina and Russel attended the meeting. The agenda for the meeting is as follows.

Business meeting	Moved the picnic date from May 16th to May 23rd.
